HR Advisor

**The Opportunity**

Abergeldie Complex Infrastructure and Fulton Hogan are jointly recruiting for the West Region Delivery Team on the Sydney Water Partnering for Success program.

**About the Role**:
To be successful in this position, you will have previous experience having worked across construction (preferred) in a HR Advisor role. Provide a high level of business partnering on a broad range of HR policies, programs and practices. As a HR professional you will partner with the project teams in this long term framework.

**Key duties of the role are**:

- Build and maintain effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide general day to day HR expertise to line managers and employees.
- Work with line management groups to build and implement HR solutions in line with business needs.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on HR policies and procedures, for example disciplinary, grievance, termination matters. Facilitate the process where required.

**To be considered for the role you will be**:

- Qualifications in HR or equivalent
- Minimum three years experience in a HR Advisor / Generalist role.
- Experience in the construction industry will be highly regarded
- Full working rights in Australia
