You are a passionate Document Controller who can excel at being the single point for accountability for the management of site documentation related to capital project delivery process.

**About You**:
To be successful as the Document Controller you will possess the following demonstrable skills or competencies.
- Update, maintain document registers & track all controlled documents in & out of the project.
- Managing the flow of confidential and non confidential information both internally and externally
- Ensures legal and business requirements for the retention of records are adhered to by providing records management advice and assistance to project personnel
- Maintain the project filing system, which includes preparing the electronic and hard copy documentation for archiving through to completion.
- User of TeamBinder, which controls the identification, registration, review, approvals, transmittals, correspondences, and distribution of all projects related design of client and vendor documentation.
- Requesting new document numbers and existing revisions and providing correctly to vendors.
- Keep track of all controlled documentation in and out of the project, via TeamBinder.
- Follows correct processes to maintain a data base system for the traceability of all Engineering Documentation.
- Establish processes and procedures to ensure consistency across Large Projects.
- Expediting outstanding document approvals and transmittals for project records.
- Returning documentation throughout and at the end of a project to our Engineering Document Management system (EDM).
- Ensure the timely distribution of documents through the transmittal and workflow processes.
- Updating PowerPoint for monthly project reporting to management

**Qualifications/Experience**:

- 3-5 Years experience in a document control environment and/or project management
- Vocational Training in Records Management/Information Technology/information Management or equivalent knowledge
- Smartplant (EDM) Knowledge (advantageous)
- TeamBinder knowledge (advantageous)
