**The Role**
- Managing and developing the store team
- Leading operational practices to deliver brand equity, customer satisfaction and financial growth
- Drives profitable sales and meets or exceeds store financial plans through team delivering on KPI goals
- Responsible for executing store visual standards in accordance with visual merchandising direction, executing flawless product presentations
- Drives profitable sales and meets or exceeds store financial plans through team delivering on KPI goals
- Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Planning and Allocation
**Desired Skills & Experience**
- Proven experience in a retail leadership role and a passion for styling your customers
- Excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and employees
- Good organisational, planning and problem-solving skills
- Experience in developing and coaching a team
