Fulfilment Assistant

**About Us**

We’re a small team of young professionals running a fast-paced, growing eCommerce business right here in Eltham. Our company designs and 3D prints tool accessories and ships them to tradies all over the world. Every product is made, checked, packed, and shipped from our print farm.

**About the Role**

We’re on the lookout for a reliable and detail-oriented **Fulfilment Assistant** to join us 3-5 days a week on a subcontractor basis. You’ll be hands-on in helping wrap, pack, and post-process 3D printed orders to keep our operation running smoothly.

This is a repetitive, fast-paced role that requires focus, care, and a can-do attitude. No experience is needed — just a great work ethic and willingness to learn.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Wrapping and preparing products for shipment
- Picking, packing, and fulfilling online orders
- Post-processing 3D printed parts (cleaning, trimming, finishing)
- Quality-checking prints before packing
- General assistance in running the 3D print farm
- Helping with workspace upkeep and cleanliness

**What We're Looking For**
- Strong attention to detail
- Fast and efficient with repetitive tasks
- Positive, team-first attitude
- Punctual and dependable
- Physically capable of being on your feet, packing, lifting boxes, etc.
- A current driver’s licence
- Must have or be willing to get an ABN

**Bonus Points (Not Essential)**
- Interest in 3D printing, eCommerce, logistics, or start-ups
- Experience in eCommerce and warehousing, or working in fast-paced, customer-first environments such as retail or fast food
- Studying or skilled in marketing, online creative tools, software development, etc.

**Job Type**: Subcontract

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
