Florist

We are seeking passionate and experienced florist to join our small creative team at **CALI JARDIN**. We eager to hear from talented florists who are ready to take their next step in floristry. As we continue to grow, we are looking for someone who is wanting to grow with us and is intrinsically motivated to succeed in their creative new role.

Our florist is unique and we would love the successful person to enjoy coming to the shop as much as we do everyday.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain day-to-day operations of the florist shop, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer service.
- Work closely with florist owner to create visually stunning displays that showcase our floral products and attract customers.
- Interact with customer to understand their floral needs and preferences, providing expert advice and recommendations.
- Ensure that the shop maintains a clean, organised, and aesthetically pleasing appearance.

**About You**:

- Proven experience in floral design and a deep understanding of different flowers, arrangements, and design styles.
- Creative flair with an eye for detail and a passion for staying current with industry trends.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
