**About You**

You are friendly, warm and caring; have excellent communication and organisational skills; a positive can-do attitude; and enjoy working in a small team.

You are a motivated individual wanting to learn and progress in your career with us. While ideally you will have experience/qualifications as a dental receptionist and/or dental assistant, training can be provided.

You have full working rights in Australia.

**About the Position**
- Our patients are our sole reason for existence, so you will be expected to provide the highest level of customer care and service.
- Dental assisting duties: supports dental care delivery by preparing the treatment room, patient, instruments, and materials; assembles instrumentation by sterilising and delivering instruments to treatment area, positioning instruments for Dentist’s access, suctioning, and passing instruments; provides materials by selecting, mixing, and placing materials on instruments and in the patient’s mouth; documents dental care services by charting in patient records
- Dental receptionist duties: scheduling and management of patient appointments and recalls; management of patient data, clinical files, correspondence and accounts; invoice and payment processing and end-of-day reconciliation; dealing with correspondence, stock control and other general admin matters; undertaking sterilisation procedures; generally helping with the efficient running of the practice and with marketing activities.

Part-time hours: 20 - 38 per week

**Salary**: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
