We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lifestyle Assistant to join our team at the Trentham Aged Care Facility on permanent part-time basis.

**Role Statement**:
The Lifestyle Assistant's primary responsibility is to assist with the planning, implementation and evaluation of activities and lifestyle programs which enable clients to participate in a variety of experiences which improve their quality of life.

The Lifestyle Assistant is responsible for ensuring client safety at all times and providing services to clients under the direction or supervision of the Nurse Unit Manager or delegate. The Lifestyle Assistant will work in accordance with the values of CHRH and support core business by providing service, guidance and advice within this position's specialty area.

Permanent part-time position, working 32 hours per fortnight.

**Salary**:
Dependent on experience, as per award;
Leisure and Lifestyle Assistant - IN31 $28.85 to IN32 $31.65 per hour + supernnauation.

**About CHRH**:
Central Highlands Rural Health (CHRH) is a rural health organisation that operates five campuses across Hepburn Shire and the Macedon Ranges in the Central Highlands of Victoria in Australia, north and north-west of Melbourne. It was formed through the voluntary amalgamation of Hepburn Health Service and Kyneton District Health on the 30th November 2019. Each of our campuses retains the name of the township in which they are situated - Clunes Health, Creswick Health, Daylesford Health, Kyneton Health, and Trentham Health.
