**About Pt. Leo Estate**
Pt. Leo Estate is a family run ocean front property set on 330 acres of vineyard, cattle grazing land, and a world class sculpture park located in Bunurong Country on the Mornington Peninsula. **The Role**:
**We are looking for positive and motivated individuals to support the delivery of food and beverage in our Wine Terrace, for events and in our bar spaces.**
**The Wine Terrace overlooks the Estate’s vineyard and sculpture park catering to guests who wish to enjoy a vibrant family friendly experience with walk in dining, live music, outdoor seating, and a generous shared menu offer.**
**We are seeking**:
- **Kitchen hands**:
- **Bartenders for shifts across all days of the week. Comprehensive training for successful and willing applicants**:
- **This role will include supporting our team to deliver events across the Estate**
About you:
- You are hardworking and resilient and enjoy working in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
- You have a friendly, confident attitude and a willingness to learn
- You have prior experience in retail or hospitality
- You will be available to work a variety of shifts including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- You take pride in your appearance
- You demonstrate attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Wine knowledge and knowledge of the Mornington Peninsula and its surrounds is a distinct advantage
- You hold a current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
- You have access to reliable private transport to work
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 38 per week
**Salary**: $20.33 - $39.03 per hour
