**Employment Type**: Casual - 20-30 hours per week

**Pay Rate**: $32-$35 per hour + super + $1/km travel allowance + paid travel time

**The Role**

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Cleaner to join our friendly and professional team. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our clients’ homes and workplaces are cleaned, sanitised, and maintained to a high standard.

Our core focus is premium home cleaning services for busy families, professionals, and business owners, with some regular light commercial/office cleaning. This variety means you’ll have a consistent schedule but also enjoy day-to-day variety.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Dusting, Cleaning and sanitising surfaces, floors, and common areas
- Emptying bins and disposing of waste correctly
- Replenishing cleaning supplies and reporting shortages
- Following company policies, procedures, and health & safety guidelines
- Working independently or in a team to meet schedules
- Building and maintaining client relationships
- Residential and light commercial cleaning
- Attending job sites and completing site inspections/documentation

**Requirements**:

- Current NSW driver’s license & reliable vehicle
- Willing to obtain (or already hold) a National Police Check & Working With Children Check
- Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential — full training provided
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid work rights in Australia
- Must live in NSW
