**The Role**:
PRP Canberra/ACT have an exciting opportunity for a part-time or full-time, Residential Property Valuer (RPV) or Certified Practicing Valuer (CPV) to become part of their Residential valuations team.
In this role you will be continually interacting with our stakeholders and clients, both in person and through our expanding software. This role may also suit someone looking for an opportunity to harness their own client network and take active responsibility for business growth.
In addition to the above, you will have the support of the National Preston Rowe Paterson group.
- RPV or CPV accreditation
- Current API Membership
- Sound written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional deadline and time management skills
- Demonstrated history within the valuation industry
- Strong attention to detail, report writing and analytical skills
- The willingness to establish solid working relationships within the industry
- The ability to ‘think outside the box’ and assist in developing our business
- An overall passion for property industry
- An Australian driver’s license and own a personal motor vehicle
- A Federal Police Clearance
