**About Us**

Black Rubber & their group of Tyreright stores are a leading tyre supply & service organisation focused on the provision of efficient & safe tyre management services. We cater for the transport, industrial, mining & resource industries as well as the passenger car market.

**Roles/Responsibilities**
- Workshop based tyre fitting, repairs, wheel alignments & service fitting, as required.
- Assist with coordination & allocation of the team of tyre fitters & the workload.
- Assist the Branch Manager in developing & implementing strategies to improve all areas of the business.
- Assist with the day-to-day operations, sales, documentation & invoicing.
- Support the team & store activities to achieve sales & profit targets.
- Work in accordance with company guidelines and values.
- Provide technical support & supervision.
- Monitor & control inventory, including regular stocktakes.
- Maintain a clean, organised & safe work environment.

This is a permanent full-time role, based from our Lytton, QLD branch. You will need to be available across store open & closing times, with flexibility to assist on alternating weekends (every 2-3 weeks).

**Skills & Experience**
- Experienced tyre fitter/technician:

- LV & HV experience required - 2 years minimum.
- Service based & OTR experience highly desirable.
- Tyre/automotive sales & customer service experience.
- Valid driver's licence & reliable transport.
- Proficient computer skills.
