**About the role**

Reporting to the Payroll Coordinator, you will enjoy taking responsibility for processing timesheets, payroll and superannuation requirements and delivering an excellent employee experience to our 900 wonderful team members. End to end processing ensuring compliance of all policies, procedures and legislative requirements alongside Maintaining personnel file records, correspondence and accurate records of all payroll related activities in a confidential manner.

**About you**

You will pride yourself on your accuracy and delivering timely payroll processing alongside looking for ways to continuously improve the way we deliver our services.

You will have:

- Demonstrated experience in a payroll function, preferably in a medium to large organisation
- Excellent customer service capability to internal and external clients
- Knowledge of key financial and industrial/employment legislation, regulations and frameworks as it applies to Payroll requirements
- Demonstrated skills using a payroll software system or HR Information System, Chris21 or Tech1 experience would be desirable
- Strong excel skills
- An Employee Working with Children Check
- Preparedness to undertake an Australian Criminal History Check
- A valid Driver’s Licence
