**About the Role**:
**This role will provide the opportunity to take on a variety of duties and responsibilities which include but are not limited to**
- Provide valuable insights to the business and making recommendations on improving operations or fixing specific problems using technology.
- Provide Data insights utilising BI tools (especially Power BI).
- Help with architecture and development of BI based solutions that the business needs.
- Ensuring data management and governance measures are in place and appropriate.
- Building capability across the business to help drive improvements in the quality of data and the way in which it is captured and used for decision making.
- Developing new training material and help improve current ones, while assisting with organising and preparing training sessions.

**Skillset requirements**
- Power BI
- Advanced SQL
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a role using BI solutions to develop insight-based reporting, especially Power BI
- Selects appropriate visualisation approaches from a range of applicable options.
- Advises on the appropriate use of data visualisation for different purposes and contexts to satisfy requirements. Develops plans showing how the identified user needs will be met.
- You will be passionate about discovery, finding problems and opportunities for improvement, seeking innovative ways to improve and enhance efficiency and customer experiences
- Ability to understand business problems and identify the relevant data and business rules to create interactive reports/dashboards
- You will have an analytical mind and be passionate about discovery, finding problems and opportunities for improvement, seeking innovative ways to improve and enhance efficiency and customer experiences
