**Responsibilities**:
Customer service
- Support teams delivering exceptional customer experience and improving efficiencies
- Use your interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers
- Assist team leader to respond to customer enquiries.

Dealing
- Collect and document onboarding information
- Assist clients with the registration journey
- Ensure a high level of accuracy when entering static data into the trading system
- Set up the trading account in the system
- Input tickets into the trading system
- Generate and confirm transaction confirmations
- Provide support to the team in producing and delivering trading relative reports
- Support settlement process of deals if required
- Assist the team leader in operational activities.

**Requirements**:
The business prides itself on a customer-first mentality, aiming to deliver the best customer experience with clients coming through our doors, and expecting:

- Degree holder in any discipline, a bachelor’s degree in financial accounting is preferably
- Some exposure to a professional working environment.
- Some knowledge or interest in FX/Equities markets and an industry (certification RG146 are preferred or will be provided)
- Customer focus, hardworking, detail-oriented with a Can-Do attitude
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in both Mandarin and English.

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
