**Position: Assistant New Car Sales Manager - Blacktown**

Our client, a reputable multi-franchise new car dealership located in Blacktown, Sydney, is currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to oversee their sales operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled sales consultant looking to take their career to the next level.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Sales Department, including preparing monthly management reports, monitoring expenditure and budget achievement, and providing guidance to sales consultants.
- Identify and prospect potential retail customers within our primary marketing area.
- Gain a deep understanding of customers' objectives, buying criteria, and decision-making processes to build strong, long-term business relationships.
- Lead and manage all aspects of the sales process, from prospecting to delivery, while assisting less experienced sales consultants.
- Promote a subset of company products and services, ensuring successful introductions to Car Care and Finance & Insurance solutions.
- Attend various business and industry events as required to enhance networking opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Previous Automotive Sales experience is essential, along with demonstrated leadership skills in a retail environment.
- Previous Automotive Sales Management experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills to oversee departmental tasks efficiently.
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Proficiency in using computers and extracting data from available databases.
- A highly professional approach and a proven strong work ethic.
- Ability to supervise, mentor, and motivate sales personnel to achieve sales targets.
