**The Company,**Catering Project Education, part of Catering Project Group is bringing the concept of combining fresh ingredients and produce into a premium product designed for the education sector.

**Position,** We are hiring senior catering staff for the Front-of-the-house position at UNSW dining hall, Kensington location. Young & fun environment, close to public transport. Operating 7 days a week serving meals to our residents (NO late nights).

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Food Delivery and supplies restocking.
- Venue set-up.
- Serving food.
- Restocking food stations & serveries
- Maintain a clean dining environment.
- Close-down and clean up after the service.

**Must have**
- Availity to work between 11 :30 and 8:30 pm, 5 days working week.
- Rostered days of negotialble.
- Ability to maintain high service & presentation standards.
- Execute tasks as per operating procedures and food safety regualtions.
- A friendly and welcoming personality.
- Drivers licence advantage, (short drive, aprox 1/2 kilometer)
- _Working Holiday Visa holders are welcome._

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $31.23 - $43.72 per hour

Schedule:

- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
