**Job Description**:
**SGS is seeking a Laboratory Assistant for the XRF department to join the team located near Perth Airport.**

**The responsibilities though not limited to, will include**:

- Perform pXRF, XRF fusion analysis of geochemical samples
- Ensure quality and quantity of samples are produced
- Maintain daily production targets
- All functions to be performed in correct numerical order and following established procedures.
- Follows set QC requirements and avoids contamination.
- Must use appropriate personal protective equipment in the correct manner

**Qualifications**:

- Certificate III in Laboratory Skills, preferred, but not essential.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to complete work in numerical order
