Position Description_Position Title: _Store Supervisor_Reports to (position): _OwnerPrimary Purpose of the Position:
**Manage the day to day operation of the business to ensure the achievement of revenue and profit budgets**

FinancialsProvide monthly reports to Managing Director showing actual revenue and profit results against budgetIdentify opportunities to increase revenue
- Reports are produced in the correct format in the timeframe required
- Where budget projections are missed, supporting data is provided and strategies are developed to meet budget
- Opportunities for increased revenue are discussed with the Managing Director and assessed for implementation
Customer ServiceProvide excellent customer service Ensure customer service standards & processes are documentedApprove customer quotesOversee production of customer workCustomer feedback supports the level of service provided meets or exceeds the company standardCustomer service processes and standards are documented
- Customer quotes are approved in a timely manner
- Production work is completed to the timelines set for the
customer
Staff ManagementTrain staff in customer service standardsManage staff performanceRecruit new staff as requiredAll staff have been provided with training in the customer service standardsStaff performance issues are dealt with immediately and fairly
- Utilise resources to recruit new staff as required
Store Presentation/HousekeepingStore is presented at all times in line with Company standardsTime is allocated each day for staff to prepare store for opening
- Store presentation is monitored and staff scheduled to correct presentation as required
**Machine Maintenance**
- All machines are maintained as per maintenance contracts
- Machines are repaired with mínimal disruption to the business
- Maintenance contracts are up to date and maintenance has been carried out in line with the terms of the contract
- Machines repairs are identified and repairers arranged as soon as possible with mínimal disruption to customer service deliveries
