Fibreglass Laminator

**UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT IN 2025, Innovative Composites Pty Ltd is a leading fibreglass bathroom products & plastic composites manufacturer.**

We are currently seeking multiple workers with background knowledge & experience in fibreglass for our busy Kilsyth warehouse.

The roles on offer:
**Chopper Gun Operator**

**Laminator**

Currently both roles do require previous experience in these roles or have a solid understanding of what is required to undertake this position.

In most cases, you will be working within a small team however there will be expectations to work individually at times. As such, we are looking for friendly, can-do attitudes to join us.

We take pride in our high quality, Australian made products and therefore attention to detail is of high importance to us. The products we make are made by hand and therefore this is a physical role, you will be required to be on your feet a majority of the day.

Forklift license highly valued but not a necessity.

Good wages & conditions on offer. Full time position Mon-Fri with overtime optional.

Pay: $27.00 - $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
