**About the Role**
Leading and supporting key business units across a geographically disperse portfolio, you will proactively drive the implementation of the SHE Strategy, deployment of practices which support legislative requirements, build capability within all levels of leadership, foster effective workforce and trade partner engagement, and drive continuous improvement.

**About You**
To achieve this, you will possess:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in operational safety, health and environmental roles, preferably in FMCG, warehousing, distribution or supply chain
- Ability to engaging and be able to present to leaders and frontline alike, able to build credibility quickly, and influence partners across your portfolio
- Tertiary qualifications in WHS/OHS or a related discipline
- Ability to act commercially, and balance risk and innovation

**Based out of Western Suburbs, Melbourne.**
