**Now, a bit about the role**:
The Data Analyst delivers data & insights to the Service Delivery business which enables data-driven decision making and provides insights that deliver tangible business outcomes. A key focus of the role is to support the development and delivery of dashboard reporting against KPIs, operational reporting, performance reporting and social impact reporting.
The data & insights team strive to maximise the efficiency & effectiveness of our services, improve the scalability and access to our services and enhance the overall customer experience.
Key responsibilities of the position include:

- Champion the use of data and analytics to drive decision making within the business
- Deliver post implementation reviews and comparative reporting
- Maintain social impact measurement & customer satisfaction reporting
- The ability to analyse, interpret and communicate insights drawn from multiple data sources.
- Design and maintain insightful interactive dashboards in Power BI
- Ability to code in Power Query, DAX and M Language
- High level of proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, functions, formulas etc)
- Translate business requirements into reporting and analysis specifications and negotiate timelines for delivery and format.

This is a permanent, full-time position and will be based in our Fortitude Valley offices in Brisbane.

**What’s required to succeed**:
Reporting to the Senior Manager - Service Performance, the Data Analyst will be tech savvy, a fast learner and love the idea of immersing yourself in data to drive meaningful outcomes.
- Tertiary education in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Statistics, or Mathematics is highly regarded
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role with significant experience focused on Reporting, Data Analytics and BI domain skills.
- A broad understanding of reporting and Business Intelligence concepts and practices including Data Warehousing, Data Analytics and Data Science.
- Intermediate knowledge of SQL, SSRS and Power BI
- Exposure to a service delivery environment and commercial experience is highly regarded.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Time management and organisational skills to balance multiple projects.
- Highly numerate with strong IT, data and analytical capabilities.
