**Job Description**:
We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to join our Real Estate Management Finance team based in the heart of Sydney’s CBD. You will mainly be responsible for the processing and administrating of payment runs, expense adjustments, pending invoices and query management for our key client.

**Your duties will include**:

- Ensuring scheduled payments and owner remittances are processed and approved accurately.
- Process expense adjustments as required by Property Managers and Facility Managers.
- Process invoices, supplier payment and owner remittances as required, in a timely and accurate manner.
- Respond to internal client(s) and supplier enquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service to internal and external clients.
- Work proactively with the reporting manager to continuously improve Finance processes.
- Work effectively as a team member to ensure compliance with the Accounts Payable Policy.
- Implementation of system improvement strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in a similar Accounts Payable role.
- Proven experience in high volume data entry environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and work to strict deadlines.
- Advanced skill level in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
