**What's the role?**
- Being the face and the hands behind our brand
- Working as a team in a fast-paced, fun, innovative quick-service drive through restaurant environment
- Providing an amazing Grill’d experience front of house
- Prepping quality ingredients in the kitchen with love
- Becoming a whizz at all stations (chips, buns, dress bench, grill, wrap, floor & till)
- Making sure the restaurant is always sparkling clean
- Working a range of shifts including weekdays, weeknights & weekends - no overnight shifts required

**What we are looking for**:
We are looking for someone with drive through experience that wants to help us deliver the great Grill’d experience.
- Previous experience working in a drive through environment
- You will ideally have experience as team leader, shift supervisor or the desire to be a leader
- Ability to meet KPI’s in a fast-paced drive through environment
- You will make sure that our burgers are served quickly with the Grill’d quality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
- Positive and approachable attitude

**What's Next?**

Our roles are permanent part-time. We’re a hospitality business, so you need to be available for a mixture of shifts during the week and on the weekends.
