**Experience Required**: min 1 year in a relevant role

**Requirements**:

- Current RSA
- available to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

**Duties**: Some of the duties you will be required to perform include
- Oversee gaming operations, employees, and patrons to ensure games are conducted fairly and in compliance with rules and regulations.
- Monitor gaming activities to prevent fraud, money laundering, and other illegal activities.
- Report team and individual performance to Human Resources and senior Management.
- Communicate organizational needs, oversee employees’ performance, provide guidance, support, and identify development needs. Provide constructive feedback to employees.
- Handle customer complaints, attend to malfunctioning machines.
- Handle Banking and Reconciliation, Cash Handling.
- Ensure safety and security of employees and patrons. Implement security measures to prevent theft, violence, or any other safety issues. Respond to incidents promptly and effectively.
- Ensuring all certifications and licenses are valid and up to date.
- Planning and supervising bar, restaurant, and function services

Pay: $73,150.00 - $83,150.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
