Job Vacancy: Male Support Worker - Behaviour Support - Moreton Bay Area

Location: Moreton Bay Area, QLD, Australia

Join our caring team as a Male Support Worker, making a difference in the Moreton Bay Area. Help support participants with challenging behaviors and unique needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build a trusting and supportive relationship with the participant. Implement behavior support strategies and care plans. Assist with daily activities and encourage community engagement. Collaborate with the behavior support team and other healthcare professionals.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience with participants exhibiting challenging behaviors. Empathetic, patient, and adaptable with strong problem-solving skills.
- Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or related field (preferred).Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

**Salary**: $23.26 - $54.81 per hour
