**About the role**

We are seeking an experienced Baker to join our team at Little Home Bakery in Morley, WA. This is a full-time position, where you will be responsible for the production of high-quality baked goods to delight our customers. As an integral member of our passionate team, you will play a key role in keeping our commitment to using the best ingredients and traditional baking methods.

**What you'll be doing**
- Mixing, preparing and baking a variety of baked goods according to our recipes and standards
- Working in a semi-automated production area and be open-minded to the newest technology
- Ensuring the bakery workspace and equipment are clean, organised and well-maintained
- Adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards
- Providing excellent customer service when interacting with customers

**What we're looking for**
- Proven experience as a Baker, preferably in a commercial or artisanal bakery setting
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients and food safety regulations
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure to meet production deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
