**Job Description**:
Primary Duties:

- Responsible for all aspects of installation, configuration, maintenance, and delivery of all standard end user hardware and software, including but not limited to:

- WinTel Devices;
- iOS Devices;
- MacOS Devices;
- Maintain accurate inventory, assign asset tags and maintain asset management data for all end user hardware and peripherals;
- Utilize all tools available such as ServiceNow, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Teams;
- Provide frontline End User Support in complex/high profile work areas, either remotely or Desk Side/ Rack Side locations;
- Utilising technical analysis, experience, and skills to resolve complex problems and perform maintenance tasks;
- Works proficiently with testing tools (hardware + software) and techniques, while possessing a strong knowledge of PC/LAN communications hardware/software in a multi-protocol environment;
- Regularly serve as a technical resource for others within the organization;
- Assume ownership, as assigned, of the whole or part of ongoing projects;
- Maintain and executes project plans;
- Monitor/update ticketing system and ensuring they are addressed in a timely fashion;
- On Site/ Desk Side/ Rack Side troubleshooting of technical issues;
- Assist Manager to streamline daily support procedures;
- Assist with the upgrade and maintenance of software, as needed;
- Document changes in procedures and automated processes of both daily support and maintenance of systems;
- Gain experience, understanding, and expertise necessary to complete assigned tasks;
- Demonstrate the ability to research and resolve customer issues in a timely and accurate manner with mínimal guidance;
- Provide regular status and progress towards milestones to Manager;
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned;

**Skills**:

- Experience with Active Directory;
- Experience with Citrix Client Support;
- Experience using an ITSM ticketing system such as ServiceNow and/or Remedy;
- Experience with WinTel workstation/server operating systems and MS Office Suite;
- Basic project management skills;
- Effective communication skills;
- Detailed knowledge and understanding of the relevant technologies and platforms;
- Strong problem-solving skills;
- Strong time management skills;
- Strong attention to detail;
