Community Housing Limited (CHL) is a best practice affordable housing organisation which assists access to, develops and manages sustainable housing for people in need. This role can be based in either of our Parramatta or Taree offices and operating in the regional areas.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual who will work within our operational team to provide a high quality service and well maintained properties for our customers.

**Working closely with the Responsive Maintenance Coordinator, you will**:

- Provide advice and support in the management of CHL’s asset base, ensuring a high level of consistency is achieved in asset policies, procedures and standards
- Supervise and oversee the responsive and vacated maintenance of properties
- Liaise and negotiate with relevant business units, professional/technical consultants and contractors
- Participate in asset management projects and work assignments
- Undertake onsite maintenance work & liaise with contractors
- Working collaboratively with the operations team

**What will success look like?**

You will have experience and understanding on monitoring work progress and manage priorities with a commitment to achieving quality outcomes.
- 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Green/White card (or ability to obtain)
- Resilience and understanding of working with vulnerable customers
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Commitment to the right of every person to good quality housing

A satisfactory police check is required for all staff and those with client related responsibilities are required to provide a NDIS & WWC checks.
