Assistant Supervisor for a Childrens Gymnastics Club

Lane Cove Gymnastics Club is after an assistant supervisor for our gymnastics program. You must be extremely reliable and have a strong drive and passion to assist the manager create high quality recreational gymnastics classes. and highly professional. **Full gymnastics training will be given -**We are more focused on hiring someone with an eye for detail, who is passionate about improving the quality of our programs through our staff members.
Our classes need to be full of excitement, challenges, anticipation and progression. To achieve this, your duties will be first and foremost, ensuring that all gymnastics coaches are delivering our specially designed programs with enthusiasm and professionalism. You will assist the manager in conducting a 30min daily training session on delivery for your coaches before classes begin and then supervise that the training is being implemented during the classes.
The aim of the assistant supervisor is to maintain the high standards of our program and not have coaches become complacent. All programs are provided, the assistant supervisor will need to overlook that the coaches are following them with a high level of enthusiasm.
The hours will be 2:30pm-6pm Monday
- Thursday.
We would like someone to commit to this role for at least a year.
Must have a current WWCC, speak strong English, is an Australian citizen OR has a visa which permits you to work with the same employer for at least 1 year.
**Job Type**: Casual
Pay: $31.00 - $40.00 per hour
