Beachcomber International Resort is looking for a Full-time Housekeeping supervisor to join their team.

**The key responsibilities for the role include**:

- Responsible for directly supervising the Housekeeping department working effectively & efficiently with other internal departments under the guidance of the Resort Manager
- Assign areas for housekeeping teams
- Inspecting rooms and hallways for cleanliness and maintenance ensuring time efficiencies
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Completing the required paperwork in their area
- Schedules the work assignments, shifts, breaks and lunches of the housekeeping department to ensure uninterrupted service.
- Coordinates with other departments regarding matters related to housekeeping.
- Promotes positive customer service by assisting guests with their requests and resolving their complaints and problems promptly.
- Ensure that cleaning supplies are available at all times. Set and maintain levels/stocking of all supplies/inventory to include issuing of supplies needed by staff on a daily basis.
- Train and monitor employees in proper use of equipment and chemicals.
- Address and resolve any employee issues/concerns that arise, in conjunction with the Resident Manager
- Manage staff effectively and fairly

- Strong understanding of Customer Service & satisfaction principals

- Ability to take and give direction when required

**Salary**: From $23.00 per hour
