This appointment will be allocated specific days throughout this time based on the exams being undertaken at St Clare's Catholic High School in 2025.

The Examination Supervisor must not have a friend or close relative sitting exams at any school or be an employee of the school.

The Examination Supervisor must be available for the entire examination periods.

The Examination Supervisor must:

- have a valid Working With Children Check clearance for employment
- Completed the online module Building Child Safe Communities
- use a vehicle with comprehensive motor vehicle insurance policy
- be well-organised
- have good attention to detail
- be able to effectively manage students
- check and organise exam materials before and after each exam
- follow administrative and security procedures.

A current CV must be submitted.
