**Who we are**

Creative Playground Education provides a suite of STEM enrichment programs run after school, weekends and school holidays for primary school children. The children will learn theoretical concepts and build motorised and robotic LEGO® models to understand real-life topics.

**Your role**

As a STEM Educator, your role is to prepare and deliver to a classroom of children on topics relating to physics, engineering and technology. The educator manages a classroom of children to teach and inspire them to become a STEM professional. The educator will spend time learning new topics in preparation for each week’s classes, very similar to a classroom teacher.

During class, you will answer student queries on the topic taught, help build LEGO® models and help with coding, in addition to all the classroom management roles.

With the nature of the role, you will also be required to pick up or drop off equipment at different locations, handle equipment up and downstairs, rearrange classroom furniture, speak to parents as well as school executives.

Classes are located at Carlton, Arncliffe and Hurstville on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays following the school term. Hours are 3pm-6pm.

You will be required to have your own car to carry work equipment and you can take one or more of the listed shifts.

Training will be provided for STEM pedagogy.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
