**To be considered for this role you will**:

- Have significant experience in Civil Estimating and/or Project Management
- Ideally have experience in a site based construction role
- Have some 'hard dollar' estimating experience/exposure
- Extensive experience in pricing from first principles a wide range of projects including Roadworks, Stormwater, Utilities, Structures, Subdivisions, Rail and Earthworks;
- Experience in the preparation of non-price tender docs.
- Have excellent communication skills
- Have excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Have top time management skills, in particular the ability to manage varying tasks and deadlines and organise your workload in a busy and diverse environment
- Have extensive experience in using project planning software Microsoft Project and/or Primavera P6
- Have a high level of computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office
- Ideally have experience in Pronamics Expert Estimation
