**About the role**
As a (full-time or part time) Dietitian, you will provide holistic, integrated care to our clients enhancing their health and wellbeing. You will work with clients with a wide variety of health conditions and tailor your care to make a real difference in your client’s quality of life. You will work across a variety of case presentations and clients in our private practice in a multi-disciplinary setting.

**In this role you will be...**
Providing nutrition assessment and intervention planning, direct provision of Nutrition and Dietetics services

Planning and implementing regular nutrition assessments and intervention programs.

Liaising with healthcare professionals such as GPs, nurses, physiotherapists, allied health assistants and occupational therapists to ensure care plans are formulated and monitored

Writing reports such as initial reports, progress and final reports and treatment management plans which meet the standards of funding bodies such as NDIS, DVA, Medicare and HCP Providers

- Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics or equivalent that meets the requirements for full membership of the Dietitians Association of Australia
- Accredited Practicing Dietitian membership
- Australian Working Rights
- Current Working With Children Check
