Barista/all Rounder

**Soul Origin** is coming to Wanneroo and we’re seeking enthusiastic and motivated team members to join us We have multiple all-rounder positions available to work across our new store with exceptional Customer Service at the forefront

**THE POSITION**:

As an All-Rounder, no two days are the same, you could be working with fresh ingredients to make delicious well-presented food or serving hot and cold coffee beverages to our customers with exceptional customer service. Experience in any area will be considered and applicants must be willing to work in all areas of the store as needed. On the job training will be provided.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Availability to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays as required
- A positive attitude and confidence to engage with customers
- A strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
- A flexible approach to work - You’ll be able to help with opening / closing the store, making coffee, cleaning and preparing food items, stocktake, assisting in FOH and BOH as required
- Preferred: A minimum of 1 year QSR experience - barista and kitchen hand experience highly regarded

**WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR**:

- Preparing all menu items in a safe and efficient manner (Experience using commercial grade knives highly regarded)
- Preparing and serving hot/cold beverages.
- Giving our Soul Origin customers an excellent customer service experience.
- Assisting customers with any questions or queries.
- General cleaning duties
- Cash / EFTPOS handling
- Opening and closing the store
- Ordering and receiving stock

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $18.00 - $33.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

**Experience**:

- Barista: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)
- Food handling: 1 year (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
