Online Sales Assistant

The Online Sales Assistant will be responsible for the following:
**Management of Tony and Mark’s Online**
- Checking Shopify every morning for all orders placed for pick up / delivery - checking for any customer notes left in orders
- Creating run sheets for drivers
- Coordinate with Tony and Mark’s Direct Manager regarding run sheet and drivers
- Provide assistance to the online team to pack orders
- Ensuring the orders are packed in a logical and presentable way
- Ensure boxes are sealed and labelled for collection on time for the Tony and Mark’s Delivery Drivers
- Liaising with the Florist in a timely manner to ensure they are able to create a hamper / arrangement for any online orders
- Management of online rosters
- Train any new team members how to complete online orders e.g how to read the order sheets, packing orders correctly, product knowledge, etc
- Answering any phone queries from customers
- Taking and placing orders over the phone
- Price changes of products on the Tony and Mark’s online shop
- Adding and/or removing products to the Tony and Mark’s online shop

**Must be available between the following hours at minimum**
- Mondays 7am-11am
- Tuesdays 7am-11am
- Wednesdays 7am-10am
- Thursdays 7am-10am
- Friday 7am-10am

**Must have the following qualities and skills**:

- In depth understanding of customer needs and product knowledge
- Planning and organising
- High attention to detail
- Communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour
