**About the opportunity**:
An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic team in a full-time Seasonal Worker Coordinator role. Relish in the day-to-day variety of this role whilst providing key support to Flavorite’s Seasonal Workers in accordance with Government Deed requirements.

Working within a small team based at our Warragul and/or Tatura site you will be primarily responsible for:

- Providing operational support to our Pacific Islander work force
- Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment of Seasonal Workers
- Manage on-ground mobilisation including onboarding, arrival briefing, induction and training of Seasonal Workers
- Conduct regular pastoral care and house checks as per Australian Government Deed requirements
- Liaise and provide support to managers regarding training of Seasonal Workers
- Develop and maintain relationships with community groups who provide support and community inclusion for Seasonal Workers
- Assist with management of Seasonal Worker Government online portal ensuring Gov Deed compliance
- Ensure Seasonal Workers understand and comply with all health and safety requirements of business

No two days will be the same and your unwavering organisational skills, positive attitude and excellent communication skills will be fundamental in developing robust relationships with key stakeholders within the business, community, Government and labour sending units.
- Commitment to quality outcomes and service delivery
- Ability to build good relationships and have experience dealing with Pacific Islanders
- Experience in a role with recruitment, onboarding and training responsibilities
- Willingness and flexibility to respond to worker welfare issues
- Extensive practical experience in Seasonal Worker (PALM scheme) and understanding of Government Deed requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- Well-developed communication skills
- Ability to influence, council and mentor
