**OUR ROLES**

We are registered provider of NDIS to provide service:

- _**Personal Care Activities**_: Assistance with Self-Care Activities.
- _**Household Tasks**_: House Cleaning and Other Household Activities and/or Yard Maintenance.
- Assistance With Daily Life Tasks in A Group or Shared Living Arrangement.
- _**Transport Service**_: Included transport to community, and/or medical purpose.
- _**Participation In Community, Social and Civic Activities**_: Access Community Social and Recreation Activities.
- _**Development Of Daily Living and Life Skills**_: Skills Development and Training (Included: Individual Skills Development). Skill Development and Training including Public Transport Training. Training For Carers/Parents.
- _**Community Nursing Care**_: Delivery of Health Supports by an Enrolled Nurse only.
- _**Group And Centre Based Activities (Lifestyle Centre Activities)**:_ Group Activities In The Community or In The Centre.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Casual, Freelance, Volunteer, Internship

**Salary**: $27.80 - $34.99 per hour
