Factory Hand

**Position Overview**

Factory Hand is responsible for operating machinery that applies adhesive to shoe soles, ensuring precision and quality in the gluing process. This role is critical to maintaining the high standards of our products and requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Set up, operate, and maintain glue machines according to company standards and specifications.
- Inspect soles and uppers before and after gluing to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Identify and address any defects or issues in the gluing process.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth production flow and timely completion of orders.

**Qualifications**
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: From $29.33 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
