As Assistant Store Manager (**Full Time**) at Jay Jays Colonnades, you’ll partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, motivate your team, and create a memorable shopping experience. **A DAY IN THE LIFE**
- Create a safe, supportive environment for your team and customers.
- Step into the Store Manager role as needed, including opening/closing duties.
- Oversee stock management to reduce loss and maximise sales.
- Execute visual merchandising strategies and promotional setups.
- Deliver exceptional customer service that inspires loyalty.

**WHAT YOU’LL BRING**
- Previous leadership experience, ideally in retail.
- Confidence to coach, mentor, and provide feedback to your team.
- A passion for creating an outstanding customer experience.
- Knowledge of loss prevention and health & safety.
- Visual merchandising skills (advantageous).
