We are looking for a Head of Mathematics who will lead and implement best-practice, wholistic, and effective high school mathematics curriculum materials (offline and online) and teaching at North Shore Coaching College.

**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities will be diverse and include a combination of the following (depending on business demands):

- teaching on weekends, weekday afternoons, and school holidays as required,
- design, develop & revise Maths programs and learning materials,
- provide direction, advice & support in the preparation of teaching & learning materials for mathematics,
- maintain familiarity & expertise with content & trends of major Australian examinations K to 12,
- promote the College brand through positive interactions with all stakeholders, professional dress & deportment,
- new Projects and
- other ad hoc tasks.
- have solid working experience in the NSW or similar education system up to Extension 2 Maths level,
- be a visionary, strategic forward thinker, technologically savvy, “all-rounded people person”,
- be an efficient hands-on operator,
- have an ability to translate Australian syllabi documents into practical learning materials and maths programs,
- contribute to the growth, and enhancement of brand and reputation of North Shore Coaching College, in compliance with policies, systems and procedures,
- be flexible and resilient,
- work collegially with all stakeholders,
- support and mentor other teaching staff, and
- be a key contributor to the strategy and vision of the College.

**The role will require work on Saturday and/or Sunday during school term and flexibility with working hours during school holidays in alignment with the North Shore Coaching College calendar.**
