Joondalup Health Campus, (JHC) is a 712-bed facility located in Perth’s northern suburbs with the 80 bed Urban District Emergency Department (ED) providing high quality health care to around 100,000 patients/year.

**Remuneration: Emergency Consultant Year 1-9 $356,666 - $445,425 (inclusive of base salary & allowances) p.a pro rata + super**

**About the role**:
Work alongside supportive and enthusiastic FACEM and medical staff.
- Compassionate, friendly ED nursing staff with excellent relationships with the ED medical team. Similarly excellent collegiate relationships with inpatient teams and hospital executive. (JHC has been rated ‘A’ for culture and morale by the AMA WA 5 years running.)
- Weekly senior staff meetings focusing on ED clinical improvements, opportunity to be involved in departmental QI, research, audits and specific working groups.
- Active monthly CME program - including M&M, SIM and presentations from ED and inpatient colleagues
- ED with 24 months of ACEM-accredited advanced training (urban district) and paediatric logbook
- Option to facilitate in multiple courses run by JHC FACEMS - JUST ultrasound course, ACUTE emergency course, JHC OSCE course.
- Invitation to the annual JHC FACEM run EMCON conference.
- Access to JHC ASUM supervisors for completion of ultrasound logbooks
- Excellent penalty rates for evenings and weekends.
