Luup - the Mornington Peninsula's light-and-plant-filled emporium of fashion, footwear, chai, healthy food, coffee and Everything Women Want in the one space - is opening at Fountain Gate on December 19th.

We're looking for an energetic and experienced manager who can inspire and truly lead staff across the entire store: retail and cafe. The store is large; 400m2; bustling and upbeat. The manager must have an eye for detail, an ability to keep staff moving throughout the day, and a serious focus on personalised service that THRILLS women day-in, day-out. You will need to be unflappable in the face of minor crises. Grounded. Authoritative. But also equipped with the right personality to lead a constantly-evolving team with humour, compassion, patience and Strong Boundaries.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
