**The Role**:
The Delegation Coach at Athena transforms how executives lead by teaching them the art and science of delegation, in turn helping them maximize their most valuable resource: time. In this strategic individual contributor role, you'll deliver tailored coaching programs that translate Athena's proprietary delegation methodology into measurable client outcomes. Working with leaders across various industries and partnership stages, you'll help clients optimize their Executive Assistant relationships, elevate their productivity systems, and achieve unprecedented leverage in both their personal and professional lives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead transformative 1:1 and group coaching sessions tailored to clients' unique delegation challenges, adapting approaches based on demographics, mastery levels, and journey stages.
- Assist in the development of practical delegation frameworks and curriculum that transform complex concepts into actionable client strategies.
- Test and refine coaching methodologies to maximize client engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Develop metrics to measure delegation growth, celebrating client progress against established baselines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align coaching priorities with company-wide goals and establish effective feedback loops.
- Evaluate clients' existing tool stacks for collaboration and delegation, recommended targeted improvements.
- Collect and analyze client feedback to inform product development and operational improvements.
- Stay current on emerging coaching techniques and productivity tools to maintain Athena's industry leadership.

**Core Requirements & Qualifications**:
- 4+ years in client coaching, training, or similar roles with a focus on changing core behaviors and/or habits
- Strong executive presence with exceptional communication skills across diverse client demographics
- Ability to facilitate inclusive, high-energy coaching sessions consistently with enthusiasm
- Expert at translating theoretical concepts into actionable execution strategies and playbooks
- Empathetic coach with a systems-minded approach - balancing analytical thinking with human connection
- Detail-oriented while maintaining focus on clients' strategic objectives and bigger picture
- Adaptable and responsive - able to pivot quickly as client needs and priorities shift
- Demonstrates excellent follow-through with reliable, autonomous task management
- Experience delivering coaching/training in fast-paced, remote-first environments
- Proficient with productivity and collaboration tools (Notion, ClickUp, Trello, Asana, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Coaching, Psychology, Business, or a relevant certification in coaching or training programs
