**Senior Clinical Neuropsychologist & Psychology Educator (combined role)**
**Fixed-Term Part-Time (0.8 EFT total) April 2025 - December 2025**
- **Provide patient-centred, evidence-based neuropsychology service including assessments and brief interventions in partnership with patients of Royal Melbourne Hospital (0.6EFT of the role)**
- **Work predominantly in the Trauma team at City Campus**
- **Take an active role in the multidisciplinary positive behaviour support team for people with an ABI at the City Campus**
- **Design and deliver in-house professional development for Psychologists and wider Allied Health (0.2EFT of the role)**
Allied Health - Psychology are a dynamic team comprised of neuropsychologists, clinical psychologists and health psychologists. Patient-centred care is critical to our team and there is a strong culture of clinical research.
**Your new role**:
- Provide neuropsychological assessments, brief interventions and feedback with inpatients and outpatients at Royal Melbourne Hospital, with a particular focus on the Trauma and Neurology units.
- Develop and implement positive behaviour support planning for inpatients on the acute wards in conjunction with a multidisciplinary team
- Supervision of Grade 2 neuropsychologists and/or students
- Assist with student placement planning and organisation and liaise with education providers
- Design and deliver profession development seminars, workshops or online learning for psychologists (also attended by other allied health clinicians).
**About you**:
- You are an AHPRA registered psychologist with an endorsement in clinical neuropsychology
- You have a minimum of 5-years experience as a clinical neuropsychologist
- You place a premium on patient-centred care and evidence-based practice.
- You have experience writing and implementing positive behaviour support programs
- You have experience working in a public health setting and working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
- You have effective communication skills and a passion for continued professional development
