Our reason for being is to drive a ‘real food’ revolution, by taking the nutrient-rich gem of goodness that is the spud, and layering on fresh ingredients that deliver a sensory explosion of flavour.
- **After a short closure due to a change in ownership, our Woodgrove store will be reopening from 28 April, and is currently building their team to bring the SpudBAR vision to life.**_

**What's involved in service as a SpudBAR Store Manager?**
- Leading, motivating and energising your team while on-shift.
- Clearly communicating and coordinating the team to consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Leading by example in bringing great energy and friendly service to every customer interaction, preparing ingredients and building bowls with pride, coolly and calmly hustling to handle fast paced service rushes and proactively keeping the restaurant sparkling clean/tidy.

**What's involved when not in service as a SpudBAR Store Manager?**
- Owning the store operations; handling rostering, recruitment, stock, and compliance with support from your Franchisee and Area Manager.
- Building depth in the team; helping your team to thrive with regular check-ins and development plans.
- Keeping the numbers in check; managing core KPIs to keep the store running smoothly.
- Championing your community; building strong relationships with your regulars, local businesses and local community groups.

**What We’re Looking For**:
While previous customer-facing or hospitality experience is a must for the Store Manager role, attitude and alignment with our core brand values is the key to success in this role. With this in mind, we’re keen to meet people who are:

Pay: $27.92 - $41.88 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 38 per week
