The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a **Facilities Coordinator **to join our largest client.

This role is based in **Williamtown, NSW.**

**Due to the security clearance required for this role, you must be an Australian Citizen.**
- Maintain the CMMS system capturing all Preventative and Reactive work orders
- Assist with the management of subcontractors and document maintenance progress
- First point of contact with internal and external customers relating to the contract
- Provide general administration assistance such invoices and purchase orders
- Allocate work orders as required to ensure contract requirements are achieved

**Skills & Experience**
- Strong experience within high volume administration
- Exceptional customer service, stakeholder management and communication skills
- Knowledge to building/facilities management would be preferred
- Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Able to respond quickly to change and adopt a flexible / innovative approach
- Current Driver's license & own vehicle is a must.
