**About the Role**

As a **Store Manager**, you'll play a key role in leading the team, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring the store meets and exceeds performance targets. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, team development, and a strong retail sales focus.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, coach and motivate your team to consistently exceed sales targets.
- Deliver an exceptional in-store customer experience, leading by example.
- Manage daily operations, including merchandising, stock control, and reporting.
- Analyse KPIs and implement strategies to grow store performance.
- Champion training and development, supporting team members in their growth.
- Uphold store standards and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Contribute to a positive, high-energy work culture that aligns with Dr Boom values.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Minimum 2 years in a **retail leadership** or assistant manager role.
- Strong sales background and proven ability to hit revenue targets.
- Natural leader with a passion for mentoring and developing teams.
- Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable with fast-paced environments.
- Enthusiastic about tech and gadgets - even if you're not a repair expert yet.
- Organised, accountable, and results-driven.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Bonus
- Commission
- Monthly bonus
- Weekly bonus

**Experience**:

- Point of Sale (POS) software: 1 year (preferred)
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
