**About the Role**

Churches of Christ is seeking a compassionate and dedicated** Campus Chaplain**to join our team in **Warwick.**This pivotal role offers the opportunity to provide holistic care and support to residents, family members, and staff across our campus services.

**About You**

As the** Campus Chaplain, your responsibilities will include**:

- ** Pastoral Care**:Provide confidential emotional and spiritual support to clients, families, and staff.
- ** Spiritual Development**:Partner with managers to foster a Jesus-centred campus through services and programs.
- ** Community Engagement**:Help staff create a welcoming, homelike environment for residents.
- ** Team Collaboration**:Share pastoral insights as part of the multidisciplinary care team.
- ** Volunteer Support**:Build and lead a strong volunteer team in partnership with local churches and stakeholders.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- ** Educational Background**:Certificate IV in Pastoral Care, Chaplaincy, Christian Ministry, or a relevant equivalent qualification.
- ** Experience**:A minimum of three years' experience in providing pastoral care or chaplaincy services within a health or community environment.
- ** Endorsement**:Eligibility for endorsement as a Ministering Person with Churches of Christ in Queensland.
- ** Skills**:Demonstrated ability to model a missional lifestyle, communicate Christian beliefs effectively within the Australian context, and exhibit servant leadership qualities.
- ** Compliance**:Possess a current National Police Certificate, Working with Children (Blue Card) - or the ability to acquire.
