We are seeking a Technical Team Lead with full stack experience to work in the Reporting Entity System Transformation (REST) Program.

The Technical Team lead will have the following responsibilities:

- Develop and code successful programs in full stack Java implementations using message bus implementations;
- Develop and implement software development experience with message buses, especially Kafka;
- Provide strategic thinking, solutions and roadmaps while driving enterprise recommendations ensuring adherence to standards and establish standards where they may not yet exist;
- Develop business processes;
- Develop systems that are built for change, are reusable, and maintainable; and
- Work on software development projects.

The Technical Team Lead will have the following key attributes:

- Demonstrated success in full stack Java implementations using message bus implementations;
- Strong understanding and knowledge of development concepts and implementation experience with message buses, especially Kafka;
- Ability to provide strategic thinking, solutions and roadmaps while driving enterprise recommendations while ensuring adherence to standards and establish standards where they may not yet exist;
- Ability to ensure that systems are built for change, are reusable, and maintainable; and
- 5+ years of experience working on software development projects.
